Interim Accounts Payable Assistant - Surrey

Interim Accounts Payable Assistant required to support finance and procurement teams with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities:
  • Register and approve invoices
  • Arrange payment of suppliers
  • Undertake supplier statement reconciliations and dealing with expenses
  • Assisting with sales order processing and reporting
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Assist with various other ad hoc tasks

Experience required;
  • Practical experience of Coupa and/or NAV
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills both with internal and external stakholders
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
