Global distributor with a key location in the Leicestershire area.
The Interim Change Management lead will be responsible for working alongside the Technical Project Manager, and engaging with stakeholders across the business including HR, facilities, Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain. You will lead the coordination of all change activities including effective planning and internal communication across the business. You will ensure smooth delivery, through the relevant internal stakeholders of people focused work streams including training, development, contractual changes and H&S.
The Interim Change Management lead will have a proven track record in delivering complex business change, ideally in a blue collar environment within Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain. You will have broad experience across a variety of projects both technical and operational, but have a passion for the People-centric approach to project and change management. Project Management qualifications are desirable but not essential. You will be commutable to the Leicestershire area and be available to start immediately.
The Interim Change Management lead will be offered a daily rate of between £400 and £450pd.
