Your new role
You will ideally hit the ground running in this position, you will be managing many IT procurement projects at once and will be tasked with running end to end OJEU procurement. A lot of these projects are very prevalent and known across the West Midlands which means you will be making a big impact and taking part it something really exciting. You will have prior experience of Category Management but the level of it may differ, if you are looking to take a step up this may be the right role for you however you must have delivered OJEU level procurements personally.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have public sector procurement experience working towards or already holding a CIPS qualification. You will have solid OJEU Procurement knowledge to be able to hit the ground running in this role with little to no supervision. Specifically in this position it is required that you have strong IT procurement knowledge to enable you to thrive in this role as it is all IT procurement.
