IT Procurement and Contracts Manager - Up to £45K per annum - Permanent role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Procurement and Contracts Manager working for a fast-paced organisation within the Public Sector. You will be part of a dynamic team and receive support to grow within the role.
Offices are located in state-of-the-art building based in Bristol and the organisation are world leaders in cutting edge research and compassionate care.
This is a very important role as you will be saving lives with your negotiation capabilities which is an enormous value add for individuals that really want to make a difference.
You will negotiate and manage a variety of strategic goods contracts and framework agreements that are crucial to the ongoing success of this organisation. You will be responsible for a broad section of clients and multi-million-pound contracts ensuring they are providing value for money and that all contractual requirements are met. You will build continuous improvement using your knowledge of Public Contract Regulations (2015) and OJEU.
The right person
To be successful in this role you must have experience of procurement and complex contracting on a large scale. You must be actively studying CIPS or have completed this qualification as well as capability to use excel efficiently. You must be passionate about what you do, making a difference within the Procurement function and collaborating as a team.
