Junior Data Analyst job with FTSE 30 Company in Central London

We are working with a multinational media firm who are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support the commercial services team. Specialising in advertising and public relations, this Company is an industry leader and has won several global awards.
Your new role
This is an initial 9-month fixed term contract at the Company's head office in Central London. The main function of the role is to identify trends in large datasets as you help develop the Group's spend analysis data structure and business intelligence tools. Reporting to the head of data & insights, this role involves interpreting stakeholder reporting requirements, analysing data, and providing outgoing reports. The Company is replacing its current provider of a spend analysis tool; this role will involve filtering data by reviewing validation reports to locate and correct any code and data process problems, documenting the end to end reporting process. The role will involve working with stakeholders across several departments, adding direct value to the spend analysis and reporting process on a global scale.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. You will need to be competent with MS Office software such as Project, Access, and Excel, with experience of Alteryx tools and Tableau being desirable. This company are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong organisation and communication skills and a keen attention to detail. You will work well in a team and be comfortable in dealing with all levels of company executives.
