In the role of Logistics Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for the following:
This is a customer facing position working as part of a small team, handling a steady volume of UK customer deliveries via our 3PL partner. We are looking for someone with an interest in developing existing processes, who has a flexible approach to their work and who is capable of thinking on their feet to provide effective solutions.
You will join is a growing business where there is scope for role to develop in handling international imports by air and sea across the remit of the wider UK business. We are looking for someone with an interest in developing existing processes, and bringing supply chain related efficiency's to the UK business.
