Operations Supervisor

Our client are a market leader within their field. Located across 14 depots they offer a national service to their clients. Due to the continued success they are looking to add additional management.


In the role of Service Centre Supervisor you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Customer satisfaction ensuring all customer deliveries are in line with the SLA.

  • Allocation of route orders whilst ensuring all route planning is efficient.

  • Working with Fleetmatics and the route analyst to ensure minimal stem mileage is achieved and maximum service level is achieved.

  • Ensure all drivers have adequate workloads on a daily basis.

  • Communicating regularly with Service Centre Managers, for forward planning and resolution of potential problems.

  • Ensuring all KPI for service centre are achieved within agreed SLA.

  • Resource & People Management

  • Driver Payroll / Cost Management


The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics and have experience managing drivers, vehicle compliance and warehousing and / or stock. They will have excellent communication skills and be well organised. They will have the ability to work within a pressurised environment and be capable of prioritising effectively. Most importantly they will have the ability to progress further within the business.
