Leading the development and implementation of a contract management framework
Providing expert advice and support to the business on a wide range of commercial areas, most particularly contract and supplier management, to ensure supplier performance
Management of key strategic supplier relationships
Ensuring compliance and driving the implementation of the commercial transformation across the department
For this role the key areas of expertise are contract management (both placing and managing in life), low-medium value procurement (end to end), and supplier relationship management. The business's key areas of spend are Technology (IT), HR (People Services), Property (FM) and Market research so expertise in a number of these areas would be useful. It is also important the successful candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and is able too manage and influence stakeholders too a senior level.
