Procurement Analyst

Our client an innovative and growing Pharmaceutical organisation are now seeking a Procurement Analyst to join the team.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Procurement team by driving excellence across business-critical Procurement processes.

Take responsibility for supporting the Procurement strategy by researching, structuring and solving complex business and analytical problems

Work with Regional/Global Procurement team members to define & execute appropriate data solutions required to deliver the functional strategy

Track and continuously improve Regional/Global Procurement metrics including areas of Spend Analytics, Requisition-to-Payment process, operational efficiencies, supplier performance, and benefits capture to drive procurement strategy

Provide expertise in process and systems; contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide procurement processes and

Strive to continuously improve procurement performance by utilizing and understanding best practices, lessons learned and industry trends

Ensure availability of optimal reporting tools for management

Develop and quality assure data, reports and tools in order to measure and manage Procurement deliverables

Person Specificaton:

Strong experience of working with Procurement and spend analytics

Experience of P2P processes (ideally Ariba)

Experience of working in a matrix organisation

Ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels.
