Indirect Procurement Buyer for a Leading Management Consultancy based in Central London

Your new role
This is an in-house procurement role and not consultative.
You will be responsible the HR category, specifically, Recruitment, Contingent Labour, Rewards & Benefits and Learning & Development. You would support the Category Managers on data analysis and reporting to help standardise category management across a spend of over £200m. You will be responsible for tactical end-to-end sourcing and continuously look to identify opportunities in terms of risk mitigation, cost savings and operational efficiencies.
You will work closely with Category Managers on multiple project workstreams across the HR and Professional Service categories to ensure you are delivering best value to stakeholders across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be numerically savvy and analytical as you will be interpreting and manipulating data to present back to stakeholders with the aim of identifying opportunities for the business. The business is forward-thinking and constantly changing in a fast-paced environment, so you will need to be keen on your personal development and show a real willingness to learn.
You will need the ability to influence stakeholders, so strong communication skills are key in this role. You will need some prior experience with indirect procurement and exposure to the HR category is essential.
