Short Term Interim Assignment for someone with property procurement experience in London.
Your new company
You will be working for a bespoke London based property development and interior design firm. Dedicated to creating stunning projects and combining interior design, architecture and art. This company is based a stones throw from Hyde Park.
Your new role
Your role as a Temporary Procurement Manager will require you to plan and design packages of the entirety of a new build project. This project is worth £5 million and is for very high-end residential property in London. Everything from foundations and infrastructure to luxury finishing and furnishing's Including Glazing, Joinery, and Marble. You will also need to be able to organise the Sub-Contract's package for this project too, which is expected to last approximately 5 weeks.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have procurement experience ideally within High end residential/ interior design/ hospitality. A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the procurement process and end-end cycle is mandatory. As this is a small organisation a strong cultural fit will be required even be it for a short duration, you will be a high achiever and a strong work ethic.
