Your new role
Your role as a Procurement Manager will require you to build new relationships and maintain ongoing relations with suppliers whilst negotiating discounts. As the Procurement Manager you will be reviewing specifications closely with designers to achieve the most competitive pricing without compromising on quality. You will be responsible for delivering procurement for high end residential projects so this will involve the negotiation for goods such as, Lighting, Glazing, FFE and high end finishing's. In this procurement manager role it will be paramount to service that you track supplier performance.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have procurement experience ideally within High end residential/ interior design/ hospitality. A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the procurement process and end-end cycle is mandatory. As this is a small organisation a strong cultural fit will be required, you will be a high achiever and a strong work ethic.
