An established, highly reputable not-for-profit based in Merseyside. Following a recent departmental restructure, a brand new role has emerged for an experienced Procurement Professional to join the team.
Your new role
As Procurement Officer, you will assist the Head of Procurement in achieving their financial objectives for the organisation. You will get involved in designing and implementing a procurement training programme for key stakeholders as well as creating and delivering strategies for category spend, in which you will be identifying areas for cost savings and risk mitigation. As Procurement Officer, you will also be collecting and analysing data to create reports on numerous categories, KPIs and compliance.
