Production and Facilities Manager

My client is a Leading Manufacturing and Production site based in Maidstone who are developing and growing their business currently and are looking for a Production and Facilities Manager to support their project.


The key responsibilities for the Production and Facilities Manager will be as follows:

  • Leading in machinery Capex projects as well as building/infrastructure improvement projects
  • Involvement in and leading on continuous improvements and lean projects
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects across the business
  • Have an active involvement on budget and spend across the site
  • Identify problem areas and resolve them across the business


The successful candidate for the Production and Facilities Manager role will have the following skill set:

  • An operations back ground
  • Have led or been involved with projects surrounding rebuilding of sites/movement of sites
  • Have a clear understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Have great organisational skills
