Senior Director: Commercial Strategy & Deals - Central London - £130,000-£150,000 + executive package
Iconic multinational firm seeks assured, senior operator with a strong background in negotiations, sales and building high performance teams to lead on commercial strategy and deal making.
Sitting at the core of the commercial strategy directorate, you will be pivotal in setting the vision for holistic growth programmes and building capability within the business to deliver on ambitious new business engagements.
You will need to have a strong track record of delivery with complex, global negotiations and be comfortable leading expansion into new markets. This is a newly created role which will see you act as a bridge between procurement, sales and commercial strategy communities, all within a business synonymous with innovation, driving positive change and achieving social value. Based out of their London HQ, you will deliver pan-European projects and be responsible for building and developing high performance teams. You will come from a background of sales, deal making and commercial strategy, from either management consultancy, blue chip industry firms, or a mix of the two.
