Bramwith Consulting are working alongside this FTSE 250 aerospace and engineering firm to bring on board several new procurement and supply chain managers to work within their fast-paced and challenging programmes and bids team.

The successful individuals will be working with suppliers of state-of the art cyber technology, capabilities, and security in order to allow the organisation to continue its critical delivery for clients and partners globally.

The key responsibilities of the Senior Procurement Manager would be:

• Deliver all procurement and sourcing activities associated with supporting the company's ongoing programmes as well as bidding activity as it continues to gain new clients and work
• Take responsibility for the management of suppliers of cutting-edge cyber security technology crucial to the organisations operational delivery for its clients, including supporting engineering teams in the development of new cyber security technology (software, hardware, custom products, subcontract services and technical equipment)
• Accountable for negotiating with suppliers, liaising with stakeholders internally and externally to review vendor performance, and mitigate risk through the successful execution of coherent procurement strategies

The key requirements for this role are:

• Considerable (5+ years) procurement and supply chain experience within a highly- regulated environment, ideally defence or aerospace
• Experience of supporting biding processes and working with technical/engineering teams is essential
• Prior experience working with suppliers of technology, cyber security services, IT and other related areas is also essential
• Relevant academic record, CIPS accreditation highly desirable
• Full unrestricted right to work in the UK (Due to the nature of this role and the client, you will need to be eligible for security clearance)
