This innovative flexible real estate services firm is searching for an a strong Sourcing Manager to join their young, growing procurement team. Renowned for developing innovate market solutions to their clients that separate this organisation from their competitors, this exciting organisation will provide their new sourcing manager will an excellent platform for progression.

Their new Sourcing Manager will:

• Be responsible for the strategic sourcing of key FM services suppliers
• Provide commercial and contractual support to the FM procurement business
• Proactively review and benchmark required services
• Support with the creation and management of the contracts database
• Be a procurement subject matter expert for Strategic Sourcing initiatives and central purchasing
• Report into the Head of FM procurement
• Support other key areas of the business by project and transaction management

Experience required:

• An impressive track record of Facilities Management spread across Hard and Soft services, within a procurement capacity
• A degree (or country equivalent)
• MCIPS (or country equivalent)
• Expertise in strategic sourcing and negotiating with major suppliers and stakeholders
• Tangible evidence of successfully handling multi-million pound spends and generating significant cost savings
