Location: Birmingham, Bath Row, B15 1LZ
Salary: £28,566 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role
We’ve got a great opportunity to join our procurement team as Supplier & Contracts Analyst, providing high quality specialist guidance to our organisation, helping us to achieve our strategy, Making What Matters Brilliant.

You’ll be a key point of contact for all supplier and contract related queries, providing support on building excellent supplier relationships and managing contracts which are compliant in line with regulations and organisational processes. Reporting to the Supplier and Contracts Manager, you’ll support them to ensure our supply chain is managed effectively and collate analytics on contracts throughout the business. You’ll work closely with Contract Managers throughout the organisation and other key stakeholders to assist them in monitor contract performance and identify areas for continuous improvement, as well as maintaining the contracts.  You will liaise with Procurement and Finance Business Partners to ensure they are aware of contract performance and spend that can be considered in future procurement activity.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll have demonstrable experience and understanding of the public sector regulations and environment, coupled with experience of working with procurement and finance systems, and proven contract management experience. You’ll have strong IT skills, be able to communicate well with others and the ability to influence. Proven experience of reporting accurately is key as well as being able to provide insightful analysis.
