Supply Chain Administrator

A leading food manufacturing business based in Maidstone, Kent.

Description

The Supply Chain Administrator will be tasked with supporting a busy Supply Chain department looking at MRP, Goods In, Planning and Despatch.

  • Ensure all stocks are booked in and receipted
  • Record and organise all raw material deliveries with traceability requirements
  • Daily review of intake schedule with the MRP controller and investigate any missed deliveries
  • Ensure all orders are raised and issued in a timely manner
  • Cover some of the responsibilities of the Supply Chain team members when they are not on-site

Profile

The Supply Chain Administrator will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Strong IT skills

Job Offer

The Supply Chain Administrator will be offered

  • Annual salary up to £24,000 dependant on experience
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Contribution Pension at a rate of up to 5%
