My client are a rapidly-growing, FMCG organisation who buy and manufacture products for the retail industry.
The successful candidate for the role of Supply Chain Analyst based in Nottingham, will have the following responsibilities:
Manage supplier relationships closely and ensure that is it a collaborative partnership.
Ensure that the demand/forecast plan is communicated with suppliers, to ensure effective management of stock ordering/PO placing.
As Supply Chain Analyst, you will have relevant experience in an FMCG supply chain environment, ideally with experience of imported products (Far East desirable). You will have demonstrable experience working with internal customers and liaising with a Purchasing, Customer Service and Goods In function.
You will have proven experience of supply chain analysis and the import process and analyse stock holding, stock turns, lead times etc to ensure that inventory is managed effectively and demand is communicated with suppliers.
You will have very strong systems experience including Excel; any previous experience working with SAP would be advantageous.
You will enjoy being part of a team, able to work with pace and pro-actively; as well as being receptive to change!
The successful candidate for this Nottingham based role will be offered c. £25,000 - £35,000 plus package, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business!
