Supply Chain Coordinator

My client is a Leading Electronics Manufacturer based in Redhill who are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Procurement team within the technical department.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Supply Chain Coordinator will be as follows:

  • Running reports to analyse any products that are over-due/ out of stock
  • Liaising with Suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Work closer with the Production team to ensure OTIF is met
  • Manage all packaging requirements with Suppliers
  • Create Picking lists and spare orders
  • Expediting materials

Profile

The successful candidate for the Supply Chain Coordinator role will have the following skill set:

  • A Levels (or equivalent - and preferably 3).

  • Confident with ability to expedite purchase orders and deliveries with suppliers (previous experience of this is required)

  • Experience with an ERP/MRP computer package

  • Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets - intermediate level

  • Ability to analyse and problem solve

  • Good communication skills liaising with the production department and suppliers
