My client are a long-established SME organisation based in Nottinghamshire (turnover c. £15mil) but experienced rapid growth and international expansion. They manufacture non-food FMCG products which are sold via the retail sector Inc. supermarkets.
In this Senior Leadership role, you will manage and coordinate all elements of the companies forecasting, planning and procurement processes and systems to ensure customer service and stock-holding objectives are achieved.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will have the following responsibilities across the Nottinghamshire site:
The successful candidate for the role will ideally be educated to degree level (or equivalent), alongside ample experience of hands-on management of supply chain teams. Exposure to running a procurement function would be advantageous.
You will posses strong IT knowledge with advanced Excel skills, Preactor would be advantageous.
You will be enthusiastic, a strong leader, a self-starter and also be able to operate with autonomy.
The successful candidate for this Supply Chain Manager position will be offered the opportunity to really develop a supply chain/purchasing team and strategy in this brand new role! You will be offered c. £50,000 - £65,000 plus package.
